Eating healthy doesn't mean cutting out your favourite cookie permanently

Eating healthy is honestly a lot easier than its make out to be. I'm a firm believer in eating everything in moderation. I am absolutely against diets as it is easy to fall back into your old ways. There are many ways to make a healthy meal taste as delicious as an unhealthy meal and also ways to eat that cookie you love so much without having it affect your fitness goals. Always remember that everything should be eaten in moderation. If you're craving a cookie, it is okay to have one cookie, however, it is unacceptable to finish the whole tray of cookies. Remember: EVERYTHING IN MODERATION
